Still Catching up on Scotland...

Here are more pictures from Scotland... I said it would take me forever to get around to this. Warning: This is a really long post full of tons of pictures. Scroll down at your own risk.

I love street signs in other countries.

Got Dad to jump with us!!!!!

Balmoral Castle: The royal family's Scottish residence!

 With Amy

 My sweet parents

Alison & Colin (with his new Scottish flag shirt)... and Alex!

This is just ONE of the many pictures of sheep that we took.

 Adorable little lamb

It wouldn't be Scotland without a parade of bagpipers in kilts!

So many fun little side streets in St. Andrews

Cathedral ruins in the background. The North Sea is behind it.

Some Gregory girls by the Castle ruins

 Another magical side street

 Graduation!

It wouldn't be a graduation in St. Andrews without rain!

Yes, I like to take pictures of random Scottish men in kilts.

Our cousin finger puppets liked our hot chocolates at North Point!

 Fraser girls! Aunties & Cousins

Can't get enough of the dramatic views in Scotland

Stuffing our faces with fish & chips

 Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Naturally, my mom found a cave that requires getting the entry key from a random chocolate shop.

 A highland coo!

 Tartan mill in Edinburgh

 Streets of Edinburgh

 Family dinner

Back to the Cathedral ruins with Alison

Cousins

Is this disrespectful to the dead? It just was the perfect setting for a meal.

New classroom pictures

Here are two quick shots of my classroom on the first day of school back in September.. some of you were interested in seeing the set-up!

Pumpkin "picking"

Today we decided that it wouldn't be fall without more pumpkin picking. Our friend found a place that was close by and very cheap- we were really excited because most pumpkin patches around here set you back $12-15. Needless to say, you get what you pay for :) Here are some pictures of our fun day!

 Johanna & the cute goat

 Chickens

They had a corn pit... like a ball pit, but with kernels of corn. Here are my adult friends having as much if not more fun than the 7 year olds inside with them...

"It's like a bowl of split peas but better!"

Off to find the field of pumpkins...

Ah! There it is! A tarp with pumpkins thrown on it in what seems to be some millionare's backyard.

Josh & Colin committed to their game of Catch Phrase... Colin is in the bathroom, Josh is saying clues through the door.

Then we stumbled upon a rocking concert in Haymarket, VA.

 Hiking for Carolyn's birthday

 Tyler & Emily

Carolyn, Emily, and I seem bored with the awesome view behind us... Tyler does not.
