YUMMY dinner!

Hi friends out there in blogworld... Colin and I have just been freewheeling through life these past few months. I think constantly about updating more frequently, but the thought of sitting down at the computer and typing something out is, well, not always that exciting. So apologies for that.

We made the most delicious dinner this week, and I told some people I would share the recipes. Here they are!

Cheesy Quinoa Bites
This recipe makes a TON, so I would suggest halving it if you're only making it for two people!

Chopped Greek Salad with Chicken
This is by far the best Greek salad I have ever made... It rivals quite a few of the ones I've had in restaurants, too!

A blurry picture of the meal can be found on our Tumblr site:

Still Catching up on Scotland...

Here are more pictures from Scotland... I said it would take me forever to get around to this. Warning: This is a really long post full of tons of pictures. Scroll down at your own risk.

I love street signs in other countries.

So many fun little side streets in St. Andrews

Cathedral ruins in the background. The North Sea is behind it.

Some Gregory girls by the Castle ruins

It wouldn't be a graduation in St. Andrews without rain!

Yes, I like to take pictures of random Scottish men in kilts.

Our cousin finger puppets liked our hot chocolates at North Point!
